Currently our firm utilizes popular computer software “Built-Soft Global Estimating” from Australia and “Glodon Software” from Beijing, China for implementing the daily works. The said software is now being utilized to produce the following works:-

  Estimate
For the purpose of preparing preliminary cost estimates, we produce the estimates in the form of approximate Bills of Quantities for all elements. This form of estimate is now greatly appreciated by all consultants and employers.

Production of Bills of Quantities
All processes of BQ productions are now carried out by computers and thus save time. We are now able to complete a BQ for tender purpose for a simple design project within two (2) weeks after all final drawings received by us.

Variation Works
The software enables us to verify any variations or changes in the works in a short time.

Progress Payment
The monthly valuation of progress payments and the recommendation certificates are now carried out on site, using the note-book and we can produce the recommendation certificates on the same day.

Feasibility Studies
The project appraisals or feasibility studies for any proposed comprehensive development proposals such as housing schemes, townships, complexes, etc. are now considered simple tasks by using this software. Any changes or alternative designs can be quantified automatically.
